Cream-free vanilla-flavored Ganache ideal for coating truffles, cookies, cakes or for using as chocolate centers. Ideal for applications where the chocolate needs to have a long shelf-life. Ideal for filling applications. Other advantages of the ganache - since they are cream-free they do have the long shelf-life. Typical ganaches are made with heavy cream and shelf-life are limited to about 2 weeks.
