Just like our almond modeling marzipan, except white in color. Generally used to cover wedding cakes or can be colored to your liking. Is very very easy to use. Ideal to use on princess cakes, to cover cakes, to use as decorations, but we would not recommend this White Modeling Marzipan for the purpose of figurines. It is higher in sweetness level, easy to use and ideal for coloring.

Special Product Tip

We would not recommend this White Modeling Marzipan 116 for the purpose of figurines. If you’re going to be kneading it a lot - if you’re going to be rolling it out and covering cakes, it would be the easiest product to use. It takes on color very very well – and you can put it in a mixer and beat it for hours and it will not oil out.
