Roasted peanuts processed to a fine granular consistency - ideal for sprinkling on desserts or low-carbohydrate purposes. Due to the roasting it makes it very difficult to turn it into a flour so we are only able to make it into a meal, but again we do start with the whole nut, grind it down to a fine meal level.
This product is made of blanched peanuts.
