Pralinosa – is a definition that we need to put for all products that are referred to as a Pralinosa. The -osa ending of the word refers to sugar added. Therefore, these are nut pralines that have them blended with certain proportion of sugar – and then ground down to a perfection where the finish product has absolutely no sugar grit – it has the consistency of a praline or a nut butter – and the taste of the roasted nut blended with the sugar.
