Similar to an almond paste. Ideal to use in layer between cakes. Can be used as a filling for chocolates, or it can be used for decorative purposes. It is roll-able and has the similar consistency and uses such as almond paste. It is exactly the same recipe as almond paste except the nut is pistachio rather than almonds.
