Our dark roasted hazelnut praline is a dark roasted nut that has been buttered, it is ultra silky smooth in consistency. It can be used in many different applications.

We do make pralines of different nuts, but the word praline for Amoretti® is the roasted – dark roasted – butterized nut.

Uses of pralines include using a melting it and mixing it with chocolate.

All nut pralines can also be used for mixing it into giandujas, mixing it into gelatos, ice cream, sauces, savory as well as sweet.
