A praline is a dark roasted nut that has been butterized, meaning it is ultra smooth, silky smooth in consistency. It can be used in many different applications. We do make pralines of different nuts, but the word praline for our company – the definition is the roasted – dark roasted – butterized nut. Uses of pralines – ideal to use a praline in melting it and mixing it with the chocolate.

All nut pralines can also be used for mixing it into giandujas, mixing it into gelatos, ice cream, sauces, savory as well as sweet.
