We simply use our macadamia praline, which is a lightly roasted macadamia butter, or praline - it is mixed in w sugar and ground down to a perfection. Again where it has consistency of a butter, it is easily used as a spreadable consistency. It can be used for flavoring, filling, or sauce applications.
