We use our dark roasted peanut praline and mix it in with sugar - smooth it out to similar consistency to a butter. There is absolutely no sugar grit - it is ideal for sauces, filling applications such as chocolates, and can be used as a spread in between layers of cake – can also be used as chocolates, ice creams or sauces.
