Ideal for Glazing when mixed 1/4 swirl with 3/4 Clear Glaze. As well as Flavoring, e.g. 8-12% in Gelati and Marbleizing. Apply directly by mixing or swirling into any cheesecake, mousse, cake batter, muffin, scone, gelato, sorbet & ice cream! Superb for grilling, basting & marinating applications!
