Add 1 1/2 pumps of Amoretti® Blue Ribbon award winning Crema di Vanilla Syrup to any
8-ounce latte, stir and serve. (Flavor may be added to the milk as a steamer or simply added to the latte)
Eggnog Vanilla Cream Latte
Make a 12-ounce latte
Add to it 2 1/4 pumps of Amoretti® Eggnog Syrup
Or use 1 pump Amoretti® Eggnog and 1 1/4 pumps of Amoretti® Crema di Vanilla Syrup
Stir and Serve
Ice Blended Mocha with Eggnog
Make an ice blended mocha
Add 1 pump of Amoretti® Eggnog and 1 pump of Amoretti® Crema di Vanilla Syrup on top of the drink for decoration as well as flavor. (These syrups
are thick and can be used as a sauce on ice blended mocha drinks.)
Moka Blast
2 fl. oz. Capriccio® Exotic Islands® Tiramisu
1 fl. oz. Capriccio® Exotic Islands® Ice Cream
7 oz. Crushed Ice (by weight)
1 fl. oz. Whole Milk
Blend above contents for 20 seconds. Pour into a cup that has chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass. Top with whipped cream and swirl Amoretti® Tiramisu syrup
on top.
Caramel Cravings
12 oz. Hot Latte
1 1/2 pumps Amoretti® Caramel Syrup
3/4 pump Amoretti® Butterscotch Syrup
Stir well and top with whipped cream. Swirl Amoretti® Crema
di Caramel syrup on top.
Vanilla Twist
8 oz. Crushed Ice (by weight)
3 fl. oz. Whole Milk
1 1/2 pumps Amoretti® French Vanilla Syrup
1 pump Amoretti® Zabaione Syrup
Blend above contents for 20 seconds and top with
whipped cream. Swirl Amoretti® Crema di Vanilla syrup on
top.
Warm Winter
12 oz. Hot Latte
1 1/2 pumps Amoretti® Egg Nog Syrup
3/4 pump Amoretti® Kahlua Type Syrup
Stir well. On the frothed milk, swirl Amoretti® Tiramisu
syrup.

Blend on high speed for 30 seconds
Pour into 16 oz. glass
Top off with whip cream
Drizzle Amoretti® #679–Crema di Caramel Syrup and Amoretti® #710–Crema di Dark Chocolate Syrup
on top

12 oz. Hot tea (dark)
1 1/4 pumps Amoretti® #73–Wine Blossom Syrup
1/2 pump Amoretti® #1005–Elderberry Blossom Syrup
Stir well and serve
Tickle Me Peach
In a shaker combine the following ingredients:
7 oz. carbonated water
2 1/2 oz. Capriccio® Exotic Island® Peach Mix
3 1/2 pumps Amoretti® #512 – Green Tea Syrup
1/2 pump Amoretti® #46 – French Vanilla Syrup (optional)
Shake for 10 seconds and serve on the rocks. Garnish with ripened peach slices.
