3 oz. Capriccio® Exotic Island® Tiramisu Smoothie mix (after activation)
7 oz. crush ice
1 1/2 oz. whole milk
1 3/4 pumps Baristella® #696–Swiss Chocolate
1/2 pump Baristella® #503–Hazelnut
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds
Pour into 16 oz. glass
Top off with whip cream
Drizzle Baristella® #679–Crema di Caramel and Baristella® #710–Crema di Dark Chocolate on top


Italian Escape
12 oz. Hot tea (dark)
1 1/4 pumps Baristella® #73–Wine Blossom
1/2 pump Baristella® #1005–Elderberry Blossom
Stir well and serve


Tickle Me Peach
In a shaker combine the following ingredients:
• 7 oz. carbonated water
• 2 1/2 oz. Capriccio® Exotic Island® Peach Mix
• 3 1/2 pumps Baristella® #512 – Green Tea Syrup
• 1/2 pump Baristella® #46 – French Vanilla (optional)

Shake for 10 seconds and serve on the rocks. Garnish with ripened peach slices.
