Swirl hot fudge all over the inside of the glass that you will be serving. Blend ingredients on high speed for 20 seconds and pour into the cup above.

Moka Blast

1 fl. oz. activated Capriccio® Exotic Islands® Ice Cream
Fill a 12 fl. oz. cup all the way flat to the rim with crushed ice or 7 oz. crushed ice by weight
1 fl. oz. whole milk

Blend on high speed for 20 seconds. Pour into a cup that has Amoretti® Milk Chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass. Top with whipped cream and swirl Amoretti® Tiramisu syrup on top.

Tickle Me Peach

In a shaker combine the following ingredients:
7 oz. carbonated water
2 1/2 oz. Capriccio® Exotic Islands® Peach Mix
3 1/2 pumps Amoretti® #512 – Green Tea Syrup
1/2 pump Amoretti® #46 – French Vanilla (optional)

Shake for 10 seconds and serve on the rocks. Garnish with ripened peach slices.

Lava Flow

Place 1 1/2 fl. oz. of Capriccio® Exotic Islands® Strawberry on the bottom of a 12 oz. empty clear cup.
In a blender, pour the following ingredients:
2 fl. oz. Capriccio® Piña Colada Mix
1 fl oz. Capriccio® Banana Mix
7 oz. crushed ice
1/2 oz. whole milk

Blend on high speed for 20 seconds and pour into the glass containing the Strawberry Mix. As you pour, the colors will blend to create a true lava flow. Garnish with a coconut wedge.
