Earth Day Matcha Latte
Celebrate Earth Day with this layered, Coconut Guava Matcha Latte!

This Earth Day matcha is built on contrast, color, and flavor. A blue spirulina milk base gives it a soft ocean tone, layered with bright green matcha and marshmallow fluff “clouds” clinging to the inside of the glass. A gorgeous mix of all of Earth's colors!
The flavor is just as layered as it looks. Amoretti® Premium Coconut Cream Syrup rounds out the milk with a smooth, subtle richness, while Amoretti® Premium Guava Syrup adds a light tropical fruit note that keeps everything bright without turning it overly sweet.
Cheers, to Mother Earth!

Earth Day Matcha Recipe
Ingredients
Cloud Garnish:
- 3 teaspoons marshmallow fluff (sub: coconut whipped cream)
Matcha Latte
- 2 teaspoons (3 grams) ceremonial grade matcha, sift
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 pump Amoretti® Premium Coconut Cream Syrup
- 1 pump Amoretti® Premium Guava Syrup
- 6 ounces coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/8 teaspoon (or sprinkle) of blue spirulina powder
- Ice
Directions
Preparing the glass:
- With a tall drinking glass and small spoon (or silicone spatula), dip the back of the spoon into the marshmallow fluff until coated. On the inside of the glass, spread the marshmallow fluff into one horizontal line, coating the wall of the glass. Repeat three more times. Note: this does not need to be perfect we're going for the cloud look!
- Set the glass in the freezer while you prepare your drink.
Making the Latte:
- In a bowl with a small sieve, sift 2 teaspoons (3 grams) of matcha. Pour over top the 1/4 cup of warm water, and whisk with the matcha whisk in "w" motions until a microfoam forms. Set to the side.
- In a seperate glass, combine the syrups, coconut milk, and blue spirulina powder. Whisk or froth together until combined.
- Pull the cloud decorated glass out of the freezer and fill to the top with ice.
- Pour the blue mik over top the ice, and finish with the matcha mixture. You'll end up with a stunning, layered drink.
- Enjoy!
